Work at home jobs for manufacturers reps are ideal for self-starters who want to have flexible hours and a flexible lifestyle, but who are very effective sales people and want to have both worlds. Obviously, people with these type of work at home jobs will spend a lot of time in front of prospective customers, but cold calling, appointment setting, ordering product, research and lots of communication can take place by phone, fax and/or email from your home.

Home based manufacturers representatives find new locations, distributors and buyers for the manufacturers product and act like a traditional sales person, except they’re independent. Manufacturer’s reps can represent one product from home or several different manufacturers.
